All sales are final. Because research compounds cannot be verified or re-sold once they leave our facility, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with photos and your order number. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and the order is in processing, cancellation is not available.
